Engr. Cabrera is a product of multiple institutions. He had his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEATI University, then took a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Olivarez College. He pursued his Doctorate Degree in Public Administration at the University of Manila. His extensive experience is in the field of Fire Protection and Safety. As a testament, he has accumulated more than three decades as an experienced professional in this field. He is Uniformed Personnel of the Bureau of Fire Protection and was assigned to different ranking positions in the bureau. He also worked with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Engr. Cabrera is a practicing Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME), Certified Fire Safety Practitioner, Certified Security Professional (CSP), Safety Consultant, Associate Professor, Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, and a seasoned Lecturer. He also actively involves himself with various civic and professional organizations some of them he held high-level and strategic positions.
